The spa treatments and products we offer to our guests, the selection of music and lighting in our treatment rooms, the spa weekend package at the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills — these were all designed with your well-being uppermost in our thoughts. The following information will be helpful for both veteran day spa guests and first-timers because, after all, even "spa regulars" have never had an experience like they will have at Spa Southern Hills. We want each of our guests, whether a spa "regular" or a "newbie," to truly enjoy his or her visit to Spa Southern Hills. Here's some information to help make your Spa Southern Hills experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Scheduling Your Spa Treatments

Scheduling any of the spa treatments at our Tulsa spa requires a major credit card or one of our gift card / certificates. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Feel free to ask whatever questions you might have about our treatments or the spa weekend package when you call or stop by! For example, just what is the "Head Trip Plus!"?

Valuables

Please try not to bring valuables to the spa; the spa will not be responsible for them. It's best to leave your jewelry and other valuable items at home. If you're a guest of the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills, ask the concierge about having the hotel protect your valuables during your stay.

Younger Spa Guests

A consent form signed by a parent is required for spa guests under 16 years old. Please ask our spa staff about this form when you schedule spa treatments for a younger guest.

When to Arrive

Please try to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled treatments at our spa in the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills. There is ample complimentary parking in the Marriott's parking facility. Arriving a bit early will allow you some extra time to unwind before your day spa treatments.

As a courtesy to our other guests and to maintain the tranquil ambiance of our day spa environment, please remember to turn off your cell phone or pager when you arrive.

What to Wear

It's okay to come to the spa in whatever outfit you're wearing that day! We aim to make our day spa guests from the Tulsa and Oklahoma City are as comfortable as possible. Clients receiving single services will change in their designated treatment room while clients with multiple services will be fitted into a robe and provided a locker for clothing and personal belongings.

If you're with us for a fabulous spa weekend package in Tulsa such as the lovely and romantic Couples Weekend Spa Escape, don't forget to pack the right clothing for the hotel's pool and Jacuzzi, the great dining in and around the hotel, and the many interesting places to visit in Tulsa.

What to Expect

We're sincerely committed to giving you an escape like no other. You'll always be informed of what is happening before and during your spa treatments and of the benefits or purpose of each treatment.

When appropriate, a staff member will ask you about your health or lifestyle regimen, to ensure that any day spa treatments you're considering will not conflict with your health or a health program in which you're participating. All such information remains completely confidential, and alternative spa treatments can always be considered.

Cancellations

In order to avoid being charged, please notify Spa Southern Hills at least 12 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule any single or multi-treatment appointment or spa weekend package. All "no-shows" will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled day spa treatments.

If you cancel your appointment less then 12 hours before its scheduled time, Spa Southern Hills will issue a gift card for the amount of the day spa treatments, to be used by our Tulsa and Oklahoma City guests at our spa only. You may choose to pick up the gift card at our spa or have it mailed to your residence. The gift card allows you to reschedule your day spa treatments at your convenience.

All day spa packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Girls' Night Out, Bridal Packages, etc…) require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. "No-shows" will be charged the full value of their scheduled day spa treatments.

Gift Card or Gift Certificate for Payment

Clients using a gift card / certificate for payment: Less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 50 percent deduction from the gift card / certificate for the scheduled day spa treatments. Gift card / certificate "no-show" appointments will be voided, and the gift card / certificate can no longer be redeemed. Please inform the spa if you plan to pay using a gift card / certificate when you schedule your day spa treatments.

Gratuities and Prices

Gratuities are not included in the prices of the day spa treatments at Spa Southern Hills and are only acceptable if you feel your experience warrants it. The prices of all the day spa treatments for our Tulsa and Oklahoma City clients are given on the Online Menu; please note that the prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for our day spa treatments and spa weekend packages are available as individual spa treatments, gift packages, or by dollar amount. They're valid 12 months from their date of purchase. Please tell the spa that you'll be using a gift card or gift certificate when you're scheduling your day spa treatments or spa weekend package, and present the gift card or certificate at the time of service.
