Prenatal $85
A 60 minute full body massage using specific pre-natal techniques to increase circulation, alleviate tired muscles and reduce water retention. While we offer pregnancy massage during all three trimesters, all are performed in the sidelying position- the safest way to receive massage during pregnancy. Sidelying maximizes maternal cardiac function and fetal oxygenation, avoids sinus congestion, reduces uterine ligament strain and avoids increased intrauterine pressure. When sufficiently supported by bolsters and pillows, most women find maximum comfort in the sidelying position. At Spa Southern Hills we use the best ergonomically correct side lying support system on the market; each pad has unique features to insure proper support and comfort for a wide range of body types and sizes.

Using an energy-efficient, continuous flow oxygen concentrator clients receiving this treatment don a headset with a flexible tube emitting 95% pure oxygen directly under the nose.
